On Wednesday, Feb. 26, three former Granite Bay High School standouts, including Brett Ott, JP Smith and Peter Caldera’s current college team, the Sacramento State Hornets, won 14-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.

The game took place at John Smith Field. This was their first matchup against the Jackrabbits this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. at John Smith Field against South Dakota State Jackrabbits.
