Reported prices for premium gas in Placer County averaged $4.35 per gallon.
GasBuddy reports show that premium gas was available at 60 of the 117 reported gas stations in Placer County.
The statewide average price of premium gas in California was $4.54 per gallon for the week ending Jan. 3, a decrease from the previous week.
