On Friday, April 25, former Whitney High School standout Madilyn Novello’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cal State East Bay Pioneers.

The game took place at CSUSM Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 4 p.m. at CSUSM Softball Field against Cal State East Bay Pioneers.
