On Saturday, March 29, former Granite Bay High School standout Joe Plise’s current college team, the UCCS Mountain Lions, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys.

The game took place at Brandt Field. This was their second matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at Brandt Field against New Mexico Highlands Cowboys.
