On Sunday, March 16, former Whitney High School standouts Jillyan Jochims and Jordyn Jochims’ current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Devon Park. This was their second matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Andy Mohr Field against Indiana Hoosiers.
