In his first tweet posted at 15:18:44 UTC, Kevin Kiley announced that he has “introduced Congressional Review Act Resolutions to overturn Gavin Newsom’s EV mandates for cars and trucks.” Kiley indicated his objective is to prevent Newsom’s “attempt to ban gas-powered cars in California.” He stressed that this represents a significant effort to “Newsom-Proof California.” More details can be viewed here.

Later, at 17:35:01 UTC, Kiley addressed judicial actions in California involving the Trump Administration. He stated that “a federal judge in California has ordered the Trump Administration to keep funding her own former NGO that represents illegal immigrants,” expressing concerns about what he termed as “an obvious conflict of interest.” He called for “Congressional oversight is needed to protect checks and balances against judicial overreach.” Details are available here.

In another tweet shared at 21:30:49 UTC, Kiley criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom’s management of the Medicaid program.
