On March 17, 2025, Kevin Kiley addressed issues surrounding Medicaid in a tweet: “My office has received a number of calls from individuals concerned about Medicaid. I would suggest calling Governor Newsom, who is literally bankrupting the program by giving coverage to every single illegal immigrant.”
The following day, March 18, 2025, Kiley tweeted about past remarks made by Chuck Schumer towards Supreme Court Justices: “In 2020 Chief Justice Roberts rebuked Chuck Schumer for threatening Justices in front of the Supreme Court. Schumer had warned, ‘You will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you.’ President Trump did no such thing. Agree or disagree, he advocated for a constitutional process.”
Later that same day, Kiley highlighted his engagement with constituents through town halls: “Last night I hosted my latest Town Hall with over 25,000 constituents, who asked questions on a broad range of topics reflecting a wide diversity of views. When was the last time our Podcaster-Governor held a Town Hall or took a single question from the public?”
