On July 3, 2025, Rep. Kiley announced significant tax relief for Californians following the passage of new legislation. He stated that “Californians will soon get something long overdue: major tax relief.” The legislation increases the SALT deduction, which is expected to benefit all Americans but particularly Californians.

The following day, on July 4, 2025, Rep. Kiley extended holiday wishes to his followers by tweeting “Happy Independence Day! Have a safe and fun holiday weekend!”

On July 5, 2025, Rep. Kiley shared that former President Trump endorsed his bill titled the No Tax Dollars for Riots Act. He quoted President Trump as saying it “should be passed immediately.” The bill targets organizations like CHIRLA, which reportedly received $34 million in public funding while maintaining tax-exempt status.

Kevin Kiley was born in Sacramento in 1985 and currently resides in Rocklin. He holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from Yale University. Before joining Congress, he served in the California State Assembly from 2016 to 2022.
