He stated that “Gavin Newsom said it’s unfair to let men play women’s sports – then promptly reaffirmed the state’s policy of letting men play women’s sports.” Kiley indicated that this policy has resulted in a federal civil rights investigation against California, potentially threatening the state’s funding.
The following day, on April 15, 2025, Kiley questioned Harvard University’s track record in upholding free speech and ethical leadership. He criticized the institution by asking, “Give me a break.
