Kiley, who has a background in law and policy-making, having served in the California State Assembly, shares his perspectives on upcoming elections, Medicaid protests, and campus incidents.
On April 22, 2025, Kiley posted about the upcoming election in California, pointing out that it will mark “16 years of unchecked, unbalanced one-party rule in California.” He stated that this tenure has seen Democrat governors and lieutenant governors maintain control, evolving from a majority to a “Super-Duper Majority.” Kiley warned that “The result: we now lead the nation in all the” tweet.
The following day, April 23, 2025, Kiley addressed Medicaid protests occurring outside congressional offices. He expressed his agreement with the protesters’ cause but advised that their efforts would be more effectively targeted elsewhere. Kiley suggested, “Take the signs to Gavin Newsom’s office. Tell him to stop driving Medicaid into bankruptcy with benefits for illegal immigrants.”tweet.
Later the same day, Kiley referenced an incident at Yale University, where “pro-terrorist ‘protesters'” reportedly impeded Jewish students on campus. He called for decisive action, stating that “Those responsible should be expelled immediately.” tweet.
