Kevin Kiley, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California’s 3rd district, has been actively voicing his concerns on various political matters through social media. Known for his prior service in the California State Assembly, Kiley continues to share his perspectives on national and state-level policies.

On April 30, 2025, Kiley addressed concerns related to immigration, specifically criticizing the Democratic focus on a particular individual from El Salvador with alleged MS-13 connections. In his social media post, he remarked, “Democrats are fixated on one illegal immigrant from El Salvador with ties to MS-13. They never mention that Biden let 10 million others into the country.” He further highlighted the issue of “450,000 unaccompanied children released to often unvetted ‘sponsors.'”

On the same day, Kiley announced a legislative triumph via social media, stating, “The House of Representatives just passed the Resolution I sponsored to reverse California’s EV mandate for trucks.” He celebrated the bipartisan support for this resolution, noting the anticipation of overturning the gas-car ban next.

The following day, May 1, 2025, Kiley shared another update on the legislative proceedings, stating, “Good morning. The House of Representatives just passed my Resolution to stop California’s insane gas car ban.” He characterized the vote as both a bipartisan victory and a significant setback for California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Kevin Kiley, a Sacramento native born in 1985, currently resides in Rocklin and holds a BA from Harvard University (2007) and a JD from Yale University. Since 2023, he has represented California’s 3rd District in Congress, succeeding John Garamendi.
