Kevin Kiley, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California’s 3rd district since 2023, has been active on social media discussing various political issues. His recent tweets have addressed topics ranging from alleged voting attendance to legislative matters in California.
On May 10, 2025, Kevin Kiley responded to an attack by Rep. Swalwell regarding his voting record. In his tweet, he stated: “For context, Rep. Swalwell just tried to attack me for allegedly missing votes.”
Later that day, Kiley shared findings from a Berkeley/IGS poll concerning voter registration policies. He tweeted: “A new Berkeley/IGS poll finds 71 percent of Californians – Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike – support requiring proof of citizenship when registering to vote. Yet only 2 percent of House Democrats voted for the SAVE Act, our bill to enact this common sense policy.”
On May 11, Kiley summarized actions taken by the Democrat Supermajority in relation to legislation involving child predators. He tweeted: “To summarize: (1) The Democrat Supermajority kills legislation subjecting child predators to felony charges. (2) They reverse course in response to public outrage. (3) They launch ads claiming GOP legislators were the ones who’d opposed the bill. This is as corrupt as it gets.”
Kevin Kiley was born in Sacramento in 1985 and currently resides in Rocklin. He holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from Yale University.
