Kevin Kiley, U.S. Congressman representing California’s 3rd district, used his social media account on November 14, 2025, to urge legislative action and comment on current political issues.

In a post published at 03:30 UTC, Kiley called for immediate congressional intervention regarding healthcare premiums. He wrote: “Congress must act now to prevent a doubling of healthcare premium payments for millions Americans. We can do so without adding to the deficit or raising taxes. Our bill, the Fix It Act, extends temporary relief that is fully paid for through fraud prevention and cost controls.”

Later that day at 15:56 UTC, Kiley indicated his position on an unspecified measure by stating: “I’m voting yes.”

At 19:14 UTC the same day, he posted a pointed remark about California Governor Gavin Newsom: “There’s a reason I called Gavin Newsom ‘America’s Most Corrupt Governor.'”

Kevin Kiley has represented California’s 3rd District in Congress since 2023 after succeeding John Garamendi. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the California State Assembly from 2016 to 2022. Born in Sacramento in 1985 and currently residing in Rocklin, Kiley holds degrees from Harvard University (BA) and Yale University (JD).
