On Thursday, April 17, former Placer High School standout Myles Meyer’s current college team, the McNeese State Cowboys, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place at Joe Miller Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Islanders this season.

The Cowboys’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at Joe Miller Ballpark against Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.
