Oakmont High School standout Tony Lira’s collegiate team wins game in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship on Friday, May 30

On Friday, May 30, former Oakmont High School standout Tony Lira’s current collegiate team the Arizona Wildcats won 3-2 against the Cal Poly Mustangs in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at PK Park at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Cal Poly Mustangs in the tournament.

The Arizona Wildcats’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 6:05 p.m. at PK Park.
