On Friday, May 16, former Del Oro High School standout Sam Coxen’s current collegiate team the Montana State Billings Yellowjackets won 6-10 against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field at 2 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the tournament.

The Montana State Billings Yellowjackets’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 6 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field.
