On Saturday, March 8, former Oakmont High School standout Tony Lira’s current college team, the Arizona Wildcats, won 21-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Pepperdine Waves.
The game took place at Hi Corbett Field. This was their third matchup against the Waves this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Hi Corbett Field against Pepperdine Waves.
