On Thursday, May 29, former Rocklin High School standout Jayla Castro’s current collegiate team the UCLA Bruins won 4-2 against the Oregon Ducks in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Devon Park at 9:45 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Oregon Ducks in the tournament.

The UCLA Bruins’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 6:15 p.m. at Devon Park.
