On Saturday, March 1, former Rocklin High School standout Marco Pirruccello’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal State Los Angeles Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Reeder Field. This was their third matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 p.m. at Reeder Field against Cal State Los Angeles Golden Eagles.
