Rocklin Unified School District welcomed most students in Placer County in 2023-24 school year

Rocklin Unified School District had the highest enrollment among Placer County school districts, welcoming 13,186 students during the 2023-24 school year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 51.1% of them were boys, 48.8% were girls, and 0.1% identified themselves as non-binary or did not specify their gender.

The most represented ethnicity among Rocklin Unified School District students was Hispanic or Latino, accounting for 18.5% of the student population.

Among the 16 districts in Placer County, Roseville Joint Union High School District ranked second in enrollment numbers with 12,612 students, while Roseville City Elementary School District welcomed 11,985 students and ranked third in the 2023-24 school year.
