On Saturday, May 3, former Woodcreek High School standout Maliyah Lawson’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.
The game took place at NSU Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.
The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 8 at 3 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Barry Buccaneers.
