The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kermit Jones, Kermit Jones for Congress, refunded $250 to Wilson Blount on Sept. 20, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Kermit Jones for Congress has refunded $250 total since April 1.
