The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is set to vote on amendments to the Low-Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), which could lead to an increase in gas prices by 65 to 85 cents per gallon as early as next year. The decision is scheduled just two days after the November election, prompting concerns about transparency and the potential impact on consumers.

Roger Niello has expressed his concerns, stating, "We’re demanding that CARB postpone this vote until they give us the facts. We can’t afford more hidden costs." Niello encourages citizens to sign a petition urging CARB to delay their decision until the full implications for consumers are disclosed.

In his message, Niello thanks supporters for advocating transparency and supporting California families, concluding with, "It is an honor to serve you."
