Kevin Kiley, a U.S. Congressman representing California's 3rd district, recently expressed his views on various issues through a series of tweets. Known for his critical stance on certain policies and governance practices in California, Kiley shared his opinions on the state's election system, local government actions regarding immigration enforcement, and federal regulations.

On November 20, 2024, Kevin Kiley criticized California's election system. He stated that "California’s election system is a disgrace." According to him, other states manage to report results more efficiently than California. He attributed this inefficiency to Governor Newsom and the state's supermajority's inability to perform basic tasks, which he believes has led to voter distrust and ridicule at the national level.

Later that day, Kiley addressed an ordinance passed by the LA City Council concerning immigration enforcement. He remarked that "The LA City Council just passed a 'Sanctuary City' ordinance to interfere with immigration enforcement." He pointed out what he perceives as hypocrisy in the city's leadership asking Congress for additional funding while simultaneously passing such ordinances.

On November 21, 2024, Kiley tweeted about his intentions regarding federal regulations under the current administration. He asserted that "We will aggressively use the Congressional Review Act to swiftly reverse many damaging Biden Administration regulations." This statement indicates his commitment to challenging specific regulatory measures introduced by President Biden's administration.
