Woodcreek High School standout Maliyah Lawson’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Friday, March 7

On Friday, March 7, former Woodcreek High School standout Maliyah Lawson’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Caldwell Cougars.

The game took place at NSU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at NSU Softball Stadium against Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.
