On Sunday, March 30, former Woodcreek High School standout Tyler Blankenship’s current college team, the George Washington Colonials, lost 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the George Mason Patriots.

The game took place at Tucker Field at Barcroft Park. This was their third matchup against the Patriots this season.

The Colonials’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. at E. T. Straw Family Stadium against Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers.
