Kevin Kiley, a U.S. Congressman representing California's 3rd district, has recently taken to social media to express his views on various legislative and policy matters. In a series of tweets, he addresses issues ranging from political opposition in Washington to state-level regulatory concerns.

On March 5, 2025, Kevin Kiley posted about a perceived political divide in Washington, D.C., stating that "A 'revolution of common sense' is sweeping America, and last night we learned that one party in Washington is opposed to every plank of it." He lists several issues such as lowering illegal border crossings and protecting women's sports as part of this agenda.

On March 6, 2025, Kiley announced the introduction of new legislation aimed at reducing the powers of the California Coastal Commission. He tweeted: "Today I officially introduced the Coastal Commission Accountability Act to strip the CA Coastal Commission of its powers under federal law." He criticized the commission for actions such as blocking SpaceX launches.

Later that day, Kiley commented on California Governor Gavin Newsom's stance on women's sports.
