Kevin Kiley, a U.S. Congress member representing California's 3rd district, has recently made several statements on social media addressing California's policies and President Trump's initiatives. These posts reflect his views on state governance and federal actions concerning California.

On January 26, 2025, Kiley shared a post quoting President Trump: "President Trump said there can be no Golden Age without the Golden State. That's why Newsom-proofing California is a national imperative of the highest order."

The following day, January 27, 2025, he discussed an aspect of the President's new Executive Order related to water policy: "A section of the President's new Executive Order on water is titled: 'Overriding Disastrous California Policies.' I am encouraging him to make this a general theme of his Administration."

Later that same day, Kiley posted about water resources in California, referencing comments by President Trump: "This is why President Trump says California has 'so much water.' The state was under an official drought emergency when I took this video of 20,000 cubic feet/second flowing to the ocean."
