Kevin Kiley, a member of the U.S. Congress representing California's 3rd district, shared his perspectives on various political issues through recent tweets. Known for his tenure in the California State Assembly from 2016 to 2022 and currently residing in Rocklin, Kiley offers insights into national matters concerning free speech, government strategy, and education funding.

On February 12, 2025, Kevin Kiley commented on a Judiciary Committee Hearing. He stated that "Today's Judiciary Committee Hearing made one thing very clear. For the last several years, we did not have a functional First Amendment in this country." He criticized the Biden Administration for allegedly using federal resources to censor American citizens.

The following day, February 13, 2025, Kiley addressed what he termed as the Democrat DOGE strategy via Twitter. He claimed that "The Democrat DOGE strategy has become going all-in on Elon Derangement Syndrome and opposing the entire enterprise." According to him, this approach positions Democrats as defenders of inefficient bureaucracy and an unsustainable national debt.

Later on February 13, Kiley expressed support for President Trump's educational funding plan. In his tweet he noted: "I fully support President Trump's plan to return education dollars to states when the states are doing a good job but to local communities in states that are doing a bad job." He emphasized that under such a policy framework Gavin Newsom would be unable to access these funds in California.
